The 5-Day Challenge is OPEN for FREE until June 25 🌊
Read this one fully. It closes in 20 days and might not come back free. Yep for real... the entire ADHD Harmony 5-Day Challenge is unlocked in the classroom. Every lesson, replay, exercise, plus your personal Harmony AI transformation report. Over 1,000 people have already gone through this. For some it was small shifts. For others it completely reinvented their life. And I keep getting messages from people who missed the last round. So instead of letting that door close, I'm opening it wide. This is for two kinds of people: 1. You're new here and you want a real starting point, not another productivity app 2. You've been in this community for weeks or months, kept meaning to start, and never did Either way, this is your moment. Here's what you'll actually walk through: 🐟 Day 1: The truth about your brain (you're not broken, you're a fish asked to climb trees) 🎭 Day 2: The invisible cage (the masks you wear, and who you really are underneath) 💻 Day 3: Rewriting your internal code (the limiting beliefs running in the background) 🌊 Day 4: The harmony reset (simple body protocols that genuinely change your days) 🧭 Day 5: What you're built for (your ikigai, plus your full AI transformation report) ✨ Day 6: The bonus day where everything comes together ⏳ The honest part: this stays open until June 25. After that it may close, and it may come back as a paid program. So if you've been telling yourself "I'll do it later," later is officially now. 20 days, then it's gone for a while. 🏆 NEW: Weekly leaderboard giveaway Every Friday I'm giving away up to $100 in community credits to the top 10 members on the 7-day leaderboard. How points work: you earn 1 point for every like on your posts, comments, and replies. So show up, share your wins from the challenge, support other people, and you climb. The best part: the leaderboard resets every 7 days. So even if you have 0 points right now, every single week is a brand new shot. First winners announced next Friday.

The ADHD Journey - in Pictures
Last week or the week before (time is weird) I posted a copy of an image I saw online about an ice berg. It inspired me to create something too. I've never made art with AI, so after about a week of fighting with ChatGPT, I finally came up with a couple versions I was happy with. I can't get it perfect, and I have to remember I don't need to be perfect. The idea I was trying to show is still being conveyed. I created two version and also converted them to black and white. I like the ADHD Harmony with the tree growing out of the middle . AI created that, I didn't tell it to do that which I thought was even more cool. AI fascinates me. It's not an official logo, and I did talk to Jim first in case anyone worries. - Overexplaining here. LOL I hope you may see this program the same way I do, or it helps explain how I feel the program works, with the help of AI.

Awakening Day 4
The mirror principle just clicked. The mess I hide inside my house is the exact "not good enough" feeling I hide behind being "in control" everywhere else. Turns out my dirty counter and my pre-dawn pacing are saying the same thing my body has been trying to tell me since childhood. It's a nervous system that learned long ago to brace for impact before the day even begins. And the mess isn't laziness - it's evidence. It's the part of me that doesn't get to be seen, the "not good enough" feeling I keep behind a closed door so the outside world only meets the polished version. The dirty counter is the inner me, waiting for permission to exist without performing.
The community is fantastic, why didn't I realize earlier
Daily Check-in - 2026-06-09 Activities 🚿 Cold Shower, 💧 Stayed Hydrated, 🌿 Grounding, 🚶 Walk, 🥗 Healthy Eating, 🍺 No Alcohol, ☕ No Late Caffeine, 💊 Took Supplements, 🥩 Hit Protein Goal, 🥦 Ate Vegetables, 🍳 Home Cooked Meal, ✨ Positive Mindset, ⏱️ Time Blocking, 1️⃣ Single Tasking, 📚 Reading, 🧠 Learning, 🎓 Online Course Scores 😊 Happiness: 7/10 ⚡ Energy: 7/10 🎯 Focus: 6/10 😌 Calmness: 7/10 🌙 Sleep Quality: 8/10 🔥 Motivation: 8/10 Reflection Last night I decided to get more involved in the community, so for the first time I posted my daily check-ins and did so for the last week. This has given me so many uplifting comments and good tips and I wish I had done this from the beginning. Good For Today - Letting your mind wander toward one small fresh start - Soft reflection on what you've already built this week - Gentle gratitude for steady progress, not big leaps - Releasing one thought you don't need to carry into sleep 💡 Personal Insight Annika, something shifted when you started posting your check-ins. You let yourself be seen, and the warmth came rushing back, didn't it? That's not a small thing for you, because you've spent a long time wondering what you might have known earlier, grieving the years before the pieces fit together. But look at this week: seven days steady, your sleep climbing, your motivation high, your body finally cared for. You thrive when the right people invite you in and reflect your worth back to you, and you've just proven you can find that. The tears you cried over the report weren't only sorrow, they were recognition. You are not behind. You are arriving. Tonight, let the spark of tomorrow's ideas rest quietly so your body can do what it's finally been allowed to do: sleep. → Today - Let the new ideas wait until morning. - Your worth showed up in those comments. - Rest is the discipline tonight.
