📅 Daily Check-in - May 26, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Anxious about tomorrow. 40 of us in the establishment that I work in need to be proofed for an incident that happened. I know I haven't done anything wrong, but I can just feel myself spiralling up. I just need to calm. This time I've taken a support person, which is good. And it's my son, which is interesting. I've never had him participate in this capacity before. As long as he stops me from over-talking, which it does happen when I get nervous, and just enables me a calming element with his presence. I'm getting really good at this, not feeling it consciously, but just feeling it subconsciously (haha). Will need to use my breath work and tapping which until this moment forgot I had as a tool to see me through ….."

📅 Daily Check-in - May 25,2026 💭 Reflection: "I've tried to have or to plan my days for quite some time now and I feel that that's been a benefit to me. This today was really quite interesting because now since I've started this course, I found how much the critic is appearing in my conversations or voicing itself. One of the planned things I had was to write an email to the estate lawyer firstly because she hadn't responded now for a week and a half and many things went through my brain but just to clarify a few things. And then I found my critic saying, don't over explain, don't ask too much. And then I said, well if I don't ask, how will I know?
Night gardening
After the heat of the day, I found myself in the garden at 10.30pm, just sitting with the dogs. It was so much cooler and it was lovely from the humid heat of the day. I decided to get my pruners and started cutting back the weeds. It felt so calming and without all the day time noise. I thought if I write this on here, you may all think I had lost the plot but Google tells me lots of people do it! so I am not so crazy. I do have floodlights and the only thing I would advise, if you try it, is get plenty of insect repellent on you as I didnt and am regretting that! But it could be a new way for me to chill after a hot day
Mushroom Coffee.. Yay or Nay?
Okay but seriously… who here drinks mushroom coffee? 🍄☕😂 I’m not trying to become one with the forest, but if it helps my ADHD brain focus without making me feel like a raccoon digging through trash at 2am… I’m listening. 🤣 I want REAL answers though......What positives have YOU actually noticed? More energy? Better focus? Less anxiety? Did you suddenly become a productive woodland creature?? I have also heard weight loss goes along with this???? And negatives? I have been drinking it for a VERY SHORT TIME...BUT I DO NOT PAY for the really expensive stuff. Wondering if the less expensive stuff works like the really expensive stuff...
