Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.

📅 Daily Check-in - July 7, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Right now I feel pretty tired and lazy. I went to bed way later than I should have 3am :-0 . The irony, was because I was on ADHD Harmony working on "Bridge" report. LOL So, it was productive. I was looking to have DoorDash deliver someting to eat, but the app overwhelmed me today, so I have since closed said app and going to drink my coffee and see what small win(s) I may get today. I'm giving up on the pool. Apparently, in the couple weeks I haven't been able to work on the pool because of surgery, the pool returned to it's nice green state. It really ticks me off. But, now there are tadpoles swimming in it from the small loud frogs that have been taunting me since spring because the pool isn't clear and chlorinated. Now, my son doesn't want me to kill the tadpoles with the chlorine. They don't belong there. Then he starts talking about making the pool a wildlife something something. I said NOPE. That is my pool. I WILL be using it. It will NOT be for the wildlife. I might be able to get it open by August. I can tell you this, once I get the pool crystal clear and balanced, I will run that thing through the winter and add chemicals when necessary. I'm going to use my pool for sure when I can next year without having to deal with all this crap I've been dealing with. Well, I was only going to write a sentence or two, but I heard the rain, which made me think of rain frogs, which made me thing of the pool .... Spiraling. So not agreeing with the Ai here..... "Just finished my first section of Week 1 and realized what I've been calling self-sabotage is actually a freeze response - my system protecting me from losing something good again. Naming that changed how I see the whole pattern." Renaming it did nothing for me. First coming here and learning things and also stuff the Ai summarized/analyzed from the 5 fay Focus reset(that what I first did withthe Ikigai etc) was helpful in not feeling bad for behaving the way I did. But calling it freeze instead of self sabotage is 0% consolidation.
