So not agreeing with the Ai here.....

Renaming it did nothing for me. First coming here and learning things and also stuff the Ai summarized/analyzed from the 5 fay Focus reset(that what I first did withthe Ikigai etc) was helpful in not feeling bad for behaving the way I did.
But calling it freeze instead of self sabotage is 0% consolidation.
