Check-in May 28, 2026 - Protecting energy levels today?
📅 Daily Check-in - May 28, 2026 💭 Reflection: "I was in bed on time and fell asleep very quickly. The dog woke me during the night. I'm feeling a little flatter than I do normally and it could be down to the fact that I had a full on day yesterday starting at 3:30am. I had been on the go, ticking things off, ever since and wound up at 6pm last night. My focus doesn't feel as strong as it should be given that I made it into bed by 9pm. Today I will focus on pacing myself throughout the day especially as I have a work meeting (and I haven't had time to do much of it) and I have a coaching practice session this afternoon. My win is the fact that I made it into bed by 9pm. My challenge for today is protecting my energy levels - here's hoping it goes to plan!" 📊 Wellbeing Scores: ⚡ Energy: 4/10 🔥 Motivation: 5/10 ⭐ Average: 4.5/10 ✅ Activities from yesterday: 🛏️ Good Sleep 💧 Stayed Hydrated 🌬️ Breathwork 🌿 Grounding 🥗 Healthy Eating 🍺 No Alcohol ☕ No Late Caffeine 🥩 Hit Protein Goal 🥦 Ate Vegetables 🍳 Home Cooked Meal 📚 Reading 🧠 Learning 🎓 Online Course 👥 Quality Time 👂 Active Listening
I finally understood that knowing the name of the cycle isn't the same as breaking it
Just got my ADHD Snapshot and saw something I'd never put into words before: the gap between "biết về ADHD" and "thoát ra khỏi nó" is where I've been living for years. Discovering it on TikTok wasn't the answer - it was the map without instructions. Reading my own patterns reflected back, I finally understood that knowing the name of the cycle isn't the same as breaking it. Ready for Day 1.

Convicted🤣
Okay who needed to hear this today? This is part of an email commentary from a different online group, but it so fits me and my ADHD brain! I laughed out loud. Rule 10. You cannot attend everything. Stop trying. Here's the math: 4 stages. Dozens of venues. Over 100 M__________-curated -sessions. And hundreds more gifted by the community. The people who try to do it all leave exhausted. The people who follow what resonates leave transformed. Choose feeling over FOMO. Always.
My ADHD Snapshot (Section 1)
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something wild: the freeze I keep hitting mid-sentence isn't my brain shutting down. It's my brain moving too fast for my own executive function to keep up. I've been calling myself scattered for years when I was actually overwhelmed by my own processing speed. 🤯 I make sense. 🙏🏼
