This enthousiastic response had me feel 'seen' somehow and cheered me up - or at least cheered up my inner child. What a gift and what a lesson - we never know how our response can have someone else feel amazing. @Máire Garvey two belong by my bed, two in the car, and four in my office, wait that’s eight 😅 I must have 8 of them. I know where they belong by their colour and by when I should have drank it. When empty on Righthand side of sink to be filled; when fill LHS. This works for me.. what works for you?
ADHD I
Just reading about different types and I think I am this one. Over the weeks by reading posts here, it has amazed me that things I took no notice of seems to be typical of us. I just found out that something I always do is picking at cuticles or skin and apparently this isn’t unusual… that’s a new one. Every day I am learning more about this. I now need to find my superpower

How interesting: I pick at my cuticles too. And my sister and I can’t leave a healing wound alone because anything sticking out from my skin needs picking or gets picked during my sleep. The only solution to that is sand it till it’s smooth.
