I had the most amazing time on the weekend. Never underestimate the benefit of taking intentional time to rest and recharge. I went away for 3 days with some friends to a rural property in western NSW (Australia) and it was so rejuvenating - the colours green and blue are so important for our wellbeing, they act like a natural reset button for your body and mind. I'm a testament that they work, I feel so refreshed, reconnected, aligned and motivated today. I have been smashing through my planned tasks.
