Hello everyone! Great to be here! My name is Hunter. I’m currently rebuilding strength after a couple shoulder and back injuries. Short term goals are a 315 paused bench, 455 squat and deadlift. Of course I’d like to go beyond those numbers and hit 495/365/585 (SBD). I’d like to really dial in my accessories for strength and size in the short term as well!

Hello. I'm Zane. I'm 31. Machinist. I'm from Queensland, Australia. At 5'11.5" and 105kg, my PRs for SBD are 175/105/175, and 70kg for standing OHP. By the end of the year, I'd like to get those to 195/120/195kg and 85kg for the OHP. I'm looking to keep my bodyweight the same while recompositioning. I'm to glad to have joined the community.

Hi, I’m Momčilo, 29yo (turning 30 next month), software engineer from Serbia. Last year I hit 130kg bench, 160x3 squat and 165x4 deadlift. I’m aiming for 180/140/190 SBD next week, on my 4th week of the third consecutive strength block, so wish me luck! The goals for this year are 190/150/210 SBD. Let’s get strong together!

My name is Pierre, 45years old, farmer from Paraguay. I am training since over 20years but did a lot of mistakes and program hopping. Already planned a 1:1 call with Ben, regarding online coaching but saw today on YT Ben‘s announcement of the strength school, so I instantly signed up and am glad to be part of this group. short term goals are 160kg Bench, 200kg Squat, 220kg DL. And also increasing my seated 2DB OHP which is 2x45kgs for 8reps at RPE 8.

What's up boys, Appreciate all of you in this community. I'm Ben, 29 years old. Been strength training for around 13 years now (I'm old lmao). As you all know, I fell off my training for a while after a pretty bad back injury during my last powerlifting meet. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted from my training after the break, for the first time in my years of lifting. Right now, I'm focused on getting as jacked as possible and getting back to some respectable numbers on SBD. I'm also planning to add a combat sport into the mix! Rebuilding currently, then I want to hit: 260kg squat 170kg bench 317.5kg deadlift Let's get it😈
