I'll try that with the DL. The hook height basically allows me to get under the bar aggressively. However, I'll put them up a notch next time I warm up. I'll see if it agrees with me.

@Daniel Gutierrez Thanks. Higher on my back, or set the hooks higher? They were more intense than they should have been. I trained front squats pretty hard two days prior. I was probably a bit fatigued from that. I did have a wide grip. I often find my knees push against my arms. Probably because I allow my knees to go out sideways too much.

Hello. I'm Zane. I'm 31. Machinist. I'm from Queensland, Australia. At 5'11.5" and 105kg, my PRs for SBD are 175/105/175, and 70kg for standing OHP. By the end of the year, I'd like to get those to 195/120/195kg and 85kg for the OHP. I'm looking to keep my bodyweight the same while recompositioning. I'm to glad to have joined the community.
