As you all know, I fell off my training for a while after a pretty bad back injury during my last powerlifting meet. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted from my training after the break, for the first time in my years of lifting. Right now, I'm focused on getting as jacked as possible and getting back to some respectable numbers on SBD. I'm also planning to add a combat sport into the mix!
