WELCOME TO STRENGTH SCHOOL💪🏻🎓
My mission is simple: to make you all stronger men. I've been where you are right now. I started out as that skinny, weak, shy guy who didn't feel like I belonged in the gym. I started training to change that, but it felt like whatever I did I couldn't make the progress I felt I deserved. I got stuck for years following those generic intermediate strength training programs like Wendler 5/3/1, Texas Method, 5x5, GZCL, etc. Then I started to experiment with self-programming, watching as many Youtube videos as I could to learn all I needed to know. Problem was, all the influencers said different things, so I was always overthinking and changing my program every other week. I trained really hard, grinding tons of sets near failure, but I didn't have the strength or physique to show for it, I was sick of being average. I capped out around a 3 plate squat, 2 plate bench press and 4 plate deadlift. I was convinced that everyone I saw lifting much more than me was on steroids! Fast forward a few years later... With everything I've now learnt, progress in the gym feels easy. I was able to build a 247.5kg (545lbs) squat, 160kg (352lbs) bench press and 300kg (661lbs) deadlift - whilst having a 6 pack, enjoying my training and being free from aches and pains. And I've helped hundreds, if not thousands of guys to do the same. I am literally giving you EVERYTHING I know to get you better results than me in half the time it took me. Everything you learn here in Strength School will help you become the strongest version of yourself: you'll be the strongest guy in every gym you walk into, build an aesthetic body, develop confidence in and out of the gym, improve your mental health and so much more. The gym changed my life forever and I want to help you do the same. Thanks for being around, -Ben PS. TRAINING CHECK-INS🏋🏻‍♂️
In order to get the most out of this community, I recommend that each of you check-in here every time you train. After you complete a training session, post a recap in the check-in forum. There are so many benefits to this process, hence why I do it with all of my 1-1 clients: ✅ It holds you accountable; you know someone is watching you ✅ You are less likely to skip your training or half ass it ✅ It drives competition amongst the other men here ✅ You will receive unlimited feedback on technique, RPE ratings & more Here is a outline of how to check-in: “Week 1 | Day 1 | EBS 4 Day Strength Program Great session today. I hit a lifetime PR on the bench press of 315lbs. My squat didn’t feel so great, but I’m going to adjust my technique next time to fix that. My bodybuilding accessories were fun and all pushed hard” +Feel free to attach some videos of your lifts from the days training! Let’s all keep each other accountable🙏🏻

Failed 140kg bench press - still a small 130kg rpe win
Hey guys, I got fired up this evening for 140kg bench press, so I tried it today instead of tomorrow - tomorrow I’ll do the rest of the session, since the gym was closing soon. Here are the videos for the last ramp-up set of 130kg (it is 3 plates in my gym, since the bar is 10kg), it didn’t go as smooth as I expected, so it really got me thinking about trying 140kg, but I decided to try it anyways. I got pinned much worse by 135kg 4 months ago, so I definitely made some progress, I think I’ll have it in 3 months. Feel free to critique the form, my biggest focus for now is finding the groove for proper leg drive.
