Hi, Iām MomÄilo, 29yo (turning 30 next month), software engineer from Serbia. Last year I hit 130kg bench, 160x3 squat and 165x4 deadlift. Iām aiming for 180/140/190 SBD next week, on my 4th week of the third consecutive strength block, so wish me luck! The goals for this year are 190/150/210 SBD. Letās get strong together!
I truly appreciate you guys being the first couple of members to sign up I'm expecting a fair few people to join over the next few weeks + my current 1-1 clients will be slowly added in Let's grow this thing huge and all push each other to be as strong as possible
I appreciate you making the group, me and the misses have moved to a new city so not much of a social circle atm and im still try to find a decent gym / some gym buddies. I m going to keep up with the check-ins to keep me honest and progressing each week.
So the pause bench were two reps for 70 kg at about an RPE6 and the pause deadlifts were the last set of three sets of five at 100 kg for an RPE6 as well. I ran the Friday on the four-day split for the first time today so I haven't managed to write it down fully but on Monday I'll write down the full workout, weight, and reps. Hope everyone's well. Feel free to critique the hell out of my form please. I've never had anyone tell me how to lift properly; I just watch stuff on Youtube
@Joe Chang Yer i defo rushed the second rep. My set up : I forgot which way round I was going over or under. I alternate between sets but thanks for calling me out on the second rip man.
Hello. I'm Zane. I'm 31. Machinist. I'm from Queensland, Australia. At 5'11.5" and 105kg, my PRs for SBD are 175/105/175, and 70kg for standing OHP. By the end of the year, I'd like to get those to 195/120/195kg and 85kg for the OHP. I'm looking to keep my bodyweight the same while recompositioning. I'm to glad to have joined the community.
