Hi, I’m Momčilo, 29yo (turning 30 next month), software engineer from Serbia. Last year I hit 130kg bench, 160x3 squat and 165x4 deadlift.
I’m aiming for 180/140/190 SBD next week, on my 4th week of the third consecutive strength block, so wish me luck!
The goals for this year are 190/150/210 SBD.
