Easy does it - body reset
On Saturday night i went clubbing, I danced for 7 hours straight at a jungle event, on my own, sober and live streamed it for people to share the fun on my personal TT page. I got there at 11 and left at 5.30. I was in bed asleep by 7. I dont do this often but I really needed to get out, shake off some cobwebs and have some sober fun, moving to some beats. I had a very early night yesterday and i thought i had gotten away with it. But no my muscles have been stiff and screaming. So instead of forcing my workout routine this morning im starting the week super gently. A good reminder to get in those walks, doesn't need to big ones, a whole hog, but walking, stairs and a skip around the block whenever its not raining will do wonders. My mission tomorrow is to get steps in !!

10 mins Qi Gong - you wont regret it
This morning Im just getting back into routine after a week of being in Barcelona, then a week sick, then a week travelling around in Scotland. Whilst i still did meditation, gratitude and affirmations absolutely no exercise or yoga was done as i had no time, or space and my body has been screaming out for it. This morning im starting gently, 20 mins yoga with Charlie and then this lovely 10 mins to get me flowy, grounded and balanced. 10 mins, no space needed, quick time, nice and easy but the shift is great.
