On Saturday night i went clubbing, I danced for 7 hours straight at a jungle event, on my own, sober and live streamed it for people to share the fun on my personal TT page. I got there at 11 and left at 5.30. I was in bed asleep by 7.
I dont do this often but I really needed to get out, shake off some cobwebs and have some sober fun, moving to some beats.
I had a very early night yesterday and i thought i had gotten away with it.
But no my muscles have been stiff and screaming. So instead of forcing my workout routine this morning im starting the week super gently.
