Regulation in action
Trigger warning. Sensitive topics. Regulation in action - my grounding and processing today. As a sensitive and Empath i transmute energy for myself and for the collective. Im being very mindful of my energy right now as we navigate some heavy collective topics and energy. Find safe connections to have deep soul aligned conversations with AND go within, solitude is divine preparation however you don't have to isolate or be alone.

Hi T, i really appreciated this open regulation in action. You are only human, i feel there is so much about the state of the world. It is sad but we can only control our reactions unfortunately we can't stop what is going on and i guess that's where the frustration comes in. It's probably essential more than ever that we do all these things to regulate our nervous systems. I'm limiting the podcasts i watch on satanic stuff, it's a rabbit hole that is shocking. I notice the difference I feel when I'm watching, listening to more positive stuff. xxx
🌿 Clean Living, Sattva & Joy
I trained with Zach (he has a Skool group @consiouswarriors which is amazing) in Raja Yoga. I've been thinking about being light and the work @Ann Tonie does and how its aligned with Yogi practice. In yogic teachings, cleanliness isn’t about being obsessive… it’s about energy. In the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, we’re taught Saucha — purity or cleanliness — as one of the foundational personal practices. Because your outer world affects your inner world. Cluttered space = cluttered mind.Heavy food = heavy body.Chaotic environment = dysregulated nervous system. When we live in a way that cultivates Sattva (purity, harmony and lightness — described in the Bhagavad Gita), something shifts. You feel: ✨ Lighter ✨ Clearer ✨ Less reactive ✨ More grounded ✨ More joyful This is about clean living, not forcing but coming into moderation and balance. Sattvic living can be simple: - Fresh, nourishing food - Clean, decluttered spaces - Natural light and fresh air - Conscious media consumption - Kind, truthful speech - Daily moments of stillness - From a nervous system perspective, when our environment feels clean and ordered, our body feels safer. Safety allows access to calm, regulated states. And from that place, joy rises naturally. Clean living is creating conditions for clarity. When we remove what is heavy, stagnant or chaotic, we create space for light. And light energy feels like peace. 🌿✨ I’d love to know — what’s one small shift you can make this week to bring more sattva into your life?

My story (so far)
Hey loves, A few of you don't know much about me other than my TT videos so I thought it's worth putting a few key parts of my story here. Past, present and future. I grew up in North London to an emotionally abusive mother (narcissistic but i didn't know any of that language until a few years ago when i retrained) and a violent, alcoholic father (sociopath i think). I was a sensitive child, and that kind of trauma really affected me. Throughout my life i've suffered from abandonment, homelessness, eating disorders, addiction, codependency, burn out, toxic relationships, going no contact with family and more. Identified as spiritual and witchy but felt out of control and not able to direct my life. I also had a overall happy marriage of 17 years (but i was very unhealed, it wasn't healthy but there was love and good intentions for a happy life and future), bought a house, a 25 year career in creative comms becoming a global business director in luxury advertising, got divorced, sold my house, travelled, had codependent friendships, lost friends. All the things. It's been a rollercoaster. A cat mum throughout. After the end of my 17 year relationship / marriage, i got into a 2.5 year abusive situationship with a covert narc, suffered addiction, burnout, hitting rock bottom, stalking, harassment, CPTSD, debt, living on my own for the first time and much more I prayed, harder than id ever prayed and surrendered to a higher power. The next few years were a spiritual awakening, healing codependency, becoming a reiki practitioner and energy healer, going clean and sober, studying Raja Yoga, walking the path of enlightenment, CPD/CCE fully certified Somatic Trauma informed coaching training with Caroline Strawsons Mental Wellbeing company, becoming a Mental Wellbeing practitioner, trained to be a Narcissistic abuse recovery specialist, a Positive Psychology practitioner, hypnotherapist, speaker, trainer, brand partner of the Mental Wellbeing company bringing trauma informed workshops to corporates, and places of education and a spiritual guide.
