I’m running a simple game between now & 1,000:
When we cross 1,000 members, I’ll screenshot the 30‑day leaderboard.
Whoever is in the Top 10 at that moment becomes an OWNR OPS Founding Member and wins

If you’re in the Top 10 on the 30‑day leaderboard when we hit 1,000 members, you’ll get:
- Private Founding Member Workshop (Live on Zoom)
- OWNR OPS Founding Member Swag Box
📈 How the 30‑Day Leaderboard Works
Quick rundown so you know how to compete:
- The 30‑day leaderboard shows who earned the most points in the last 30 days, not all‑time
- You earn points when people like your posts and comments
- 1 like on your post = 1 point 1 like on your comment = 1 point
- It’s a rolling 30‑day window: every day, old points drop off and new ones get added
Translation: you climb the board by sharing VALUABLE stuff that actually helps other operators.
Low‑effort “nice job bro” comments won't help you much here

If you want a real shot at Top 10 when we hit 1,000, here’s the exact play:
Post 2–3x per week with real value:
- Share your numbers
- Ask specific questions
- Help others in the comments
✅ What Happens When We Hit 1,000?
On the day we cross 1,000 members, I will:
- Open the 30‑day leaderboard
- Screenshot it
- Lock in the Top 10 as the official Founding Members
- Announce the winners in the group and DM you for:
-Shipping info for your OWNR OPS swag box
-Date/time for the Founding Member Workshop
If you want in, start today:
- Make one helpful post
- Comment on three posts with something actually useful
- Rinse and repeat over the next few weeks
