Bobcat got wells Fargo to finance their rental inventory sell off and when nobody else would finance me I got a t870 and mulcher with a 2.99% so I don’t have to rent. The machine gets dropped off this morning some time while I’m at work so I have to wait till this afternoon to use it but I’ve got a three day weekend to get photos and videos of it for ads. I’m excited!

Month 1 -$0 Month 2 - $1,400 - 1 job, learning how to operate the machine Month 3 - $3,338 - 1 job, Currently moving from Florida to Kentucky 90 Day Target monthly revenue - $29,616 This covers my crew day rate at 16 days a month. Why this number is important to me - This is phase 1 of 3 to bring my brother home from his current job. Context - My brother started this business 1 year ago to be able to quit his job that has him away from home 10 months out of the year. He wasn't able to build a reliable lead source when he might only be home a week at a time. I've owned and sold 2 different business' in the past and he asked me if I would move here to help him build this business to bring him home. Officially I am a managing partner, in reality I am an owner operator in the startup phase. He has already made the decision to leave his current job at the end of this year. I have from know to then to build this business to the point that it can pay both our salaries while providing a needed service in the area.
