Eid is almost here… and with it comes food, gatherings, and a lot of emotions. Some of you will feel proud of how consistent you stayed this month. Some of you might feel like you could’ve done better. But here’s your reminder: Your progress is not defined by *one month* — it’s built over time. If you showed up even a little more than before, that’s growth. If you became more aware of your habits, that’s progress. If you’re willing to continue after Eid, that’s a win. Enjoy your Eid. Eat your favorite foods. Be present with your loved ones. And when it’s over… don’t “start over.” Just *continue*. Because this journey was never about perfection — it’s about consistency. 🌙
