Day 16 Ramadan challenge (Iftar&dinner)
Dates 2 Water✅ As the iftar buffet outside but i ate mindfully🥰 Fruit chat, chana chat, 3 seekh kbab shami kbab i didn’t ate because it was spicy 🥲 Dinner :The dinner platter i didn’t ate all, i only ate chicken in curries and few rice 4/5 spoons skipped roti or nan.ignore this jalebi because my lil one put it in my plate but i didn’t ate😅😅 Post Walk for 10 Mint ✅

Iftar: 1 date & 1 glass water, 1 bowl dahi bhary Dinner: chicken pulao beef salan daal kr with raita, some strawberries,1 cup green tea Protein in every meal ✅ water 2 liter ✅ brisk walk 10 minutes ( aj buht thaki hoi thi tu bs thori hi walk ki) no junk and no sugar ✅
