Ramzan Without Routine = Survival Mode
Let’s say this clearly: Ramzan without structure turns into survival. Sleeping randomly. Eating randomly. Moving randomly. Praying while exhausted. Crashing by evening. Overeating at night. Then repeating it for 30 days. By the end of Ramzan, you feel: •Drained •Bloated •Heavier •Frustrated •Regretful And you tell yourself, “Next year will be different.” But without routine, nothing changes. Why Routine Matters So Much in Ramzan ~Fasting already changes: ~Eating windows ~Sleep timing ~Energy cycles ~Hormones If you don’t create a new structure to support this shift, your body goes into chaos mode. And chaos leads to: Fat storage Mood swings Low focus Poor digestion Weak consistency What Routine Actually Looks Like It doesn’t mean strict schedules. It means anchors: ✔ Fixed sleep window ✔ Structured sehri ✔ Controlled iftar portions ✔ Light movement ✔ Cut-off time for eating ✔ Intentional hydration Routine reduces stress. And lower stress = better fat control, better energy, better ibadah. Ramzan should feel disciplined, not disorganized. It should feel powerful, not draining.
