Allhamdulilah 10 days completed I'm feeling less bloated now but sugar cravings not slowing doing down... I'm completing 6k steps in now days due to busy schedule, water intake like 8-10 glasses. Kindly tell me about the sugar cravings, can i add any biscuit in our daily routine or only date I can have.

I have not decided my plan yet Not sure what to follow Im doing it controlled diet Water intake 500ml Breakfast oats with low fat mil and apple Added 1 date 1 spoon nuts 2 boilled eggs Post breakfast walk Green tea 1 litter water intake Lunch Pre and post meal walk 1 cucumber before food and water chicken nodles with vegies in it

Steps 17k✅️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️✨️ Seeing myself doing these many steps after almost 5 yrs., Masha Allah, Alhamdulillah. Its surely an achievement for me. Alhamdulillah, Grateful for staying active n consistent. Grateful for not giving up and for moving on with whatever little I could do to stay healthy n active. Grateful for all the countless blessings in my life including this community. 🫶🫶💖💝 Alhamdulillahi ala kulli haal.
