Day 4 of diet plan
Day 19 Steps 5k Water 2 liter Started day with lemon water Had 2 glass water before each meal Breakfast 1 whole grain bread with 1 fried egg Snack 1 peach Lunch one portion of mixed daal, 5 spoon rice Dinner i cant talk about 😥🫣 But I know its just a day , a meal We need to focus what options we have further to move forward, rather looking back and gaining nothing

20 minutes treadmill 20 minutes workout Fiber before dinner 2.5 L of water Dinner chicken & rice only 2,3 spoons noddles ( for protein I eat extra chicken )

Day#5 Update n gratitude
I was outside from 1pm till 10pm so yes food options were not healthy for dinner but I tried portion control...plus completed my steps and am grateful I showed up and I was mindful of my eating... having leg and thigh pain but its ok...it'll get better InshaAllah 🙂
