I am ending the challenge for now as am joining Ramadan challenge i did kickstart challenge for 7 days and alhamdulillah i lost 1 kg in 7 days, I will continue this after Ramadan I am happy at least i achieved something rather than nothing I am so thankful to all the community members who appreciated me @Simra Irfan and all the @admins who guided me and @Tsk Diet And all the others members in the community who appreciated me in my every post alhamdulillah for everything!
