Aslaam o Alaikum !! Hope u all doing great happy eid to all so! Here’s the progress of overall in full month of ramadan and kickstart challenge that i did for 6 days and insh aa Allah will start again !! My weight was 78.65 when i started And now my weight is 76.80 i loss (1.85kg ) in 38 days but itna healthy tha sb k lga e nh k men Diet kr rhi full b rehti thi i didn’t loss much but inches decreased as I can wear my old dresses now Alhamdulillah ❤️ 2 days on eid i was not on track only cheat days n full outside food was going on including junk..only i avoid cold drinks as i don’t like..🫣🫣.. I know it’s not okay but i will recover these 2 days insh aa Allah as it’s not only for one month it’s about life style changing challenge @Talha Anjum Thank-you for correction 😊 But i will start from tomorrow my normal routine insh aa Allah hoping for best days and healthy meals at home insh aa Allah…😊🩷

2 glass water Breakfast was very late Egg and potato sandwich 🥪 One boiled egg 35 minutes walk after breakfast After 1 hour milk coffee ☕️ with stevia Sharing my Eid pics with you all with my baby Nayel Allahumma Barik ❤️ ❤️don’t forget to share your pictures with me also ❤️😍 Eid Mubarak Wishing everyone a joyful, safe, and peaceful Eid.
