Itโ€™s been 22 days in this group, and I feel so happy and grateful for how far we have come and the effort we have put in. We did not treat this routine as a burden; instead, we embraced it as an important and truly essential part of our lives.
I am especially glad to see how much our perspective on diet and weight loss has changed. We are not focused on fancy meals or extreme diets anymore; we are eating what everyone else has at home, but with mindfulness and portion control. And yes, we still enjoy making our plates colorful and adding fresh salads and more protein!
I believe it is far more important to educate ourselves about healthy living than to chase weight loss blindly, like we used to. For me, staying healthy and disciplined
isnโ€™t about reaching a single goal like climbing K2 or Mount Everestโ€ฆitโ€™s a lifelong journey.
Through this platform, we hold ourselves accountable, stay disciplined, and support each other along the way. We learn and grow together, guided by our knowledge and, of course, under the supervision of our qualified nutritional coaches and mentors.
