If You Could Talk to Yourself One Year Ago… What Would You Say?
Pause for a second. Think about where you were exactly one year ago. Your habits. Your mindset. Your struggles. Your excuses. Your goals. Now look at yourself today. Some things improved. Some things stayed the same. Some things… you’re still “working on.” And that’s where this question hits: If you could go back and give yourself ONE piece of advice… what would it be? Would you say: • “Start earlier.” • “Stop overthinking.” • “Be consistent, not perfect.” • “Take your health seriously.” • “Don’t wait for motivation.” • “You’re wasting time.” Because here’s the truth most people ignore: The advice you’d give your past self… is exactly what your current self still needs to follow. Reality Check A year from now, you’ll either say: “I’m so glad I stayed consistent.” or “I wish I had started when I had the chance.” There’s no third option. Ab toh Eid bhi khatam… Monday bhi aa raha hai 👀
Ab kya plan hai? Eid pe kaha tha: “Bas Eid ke baad start karungi.” Eid khatam ✔ Guests chale gaye ✔ Leftovers bhi almost khatam ✔ Monday bhi aa raha hai ✔ Ab next excuse kya hai? “Next Monday?” “Next month?” “Thoda aur rest kar leti hoon?” Be careful. Yeh wahi point hota hai jahan se log phir se cycle repeat kar dete hain. Yahan most log phas jate hain 1 day Eid → 3 days leftovers 3 days → 1 week off track 1 week → “ab toh sab kharab ho gaya” And then they say: “Mujhse consistency hoti hi nahi.” It’s not consistency. It’s lack of structure and direction. Let’s simplify this You don’t need: ❌ Extreme diet ❌ Perfect routine ❌ All-or-nothing mindset You need: ✔ Clear plan ✔ Daily structure ✔ Someone to guide you when you slip Because doing it alone = repeating the same cycle. Reality check Monday is not magic. Structure is. Aur agar structure nahi hai, toh next Monday bhi same hi hoga. ⚠️ Read this carefully If you: • Restart after every event • Lose control around food • Stay “on track” for a few days only • Feel stuck despite trying Then this is your pattern. And patterns don’t break without guidance. What is the reason of weight gain insted of losing in ramzan i do proper portion control and didnt eat any gry items but i didnt ate dinner just iftar and sehri but ohr bhi mra weight kam nhi hua ulta kch grams brh gya am so dissappointed 😔iska kiya reason hu skta hai @Dn.
