Suhoor: 2 boiled eggs and steamed broccoli Water intake: 6 glasses Iftar: 2 dates+ 2 glasses chia seeds water A small bowl of mixed lentils soup Dinner: shallow fried chicken pieces and steamed veggies. Few spoons of haleem. Water intake : 4 glasses and going on.....
