12pm: BREAKFAST Same as yesterday so I am adding the same picture 2 french toasts Nuts 1 apple Dinner: 2 oranges Fish Today I was working 9-6 so ate 2 meals only… It is always difficult to balance nutrition on my working days… @Talha Anjum any suggestions… 😥 My Friend I am open to your kind recommendation as well… How you guys mantain healthy eating on working days🥹🥹🥹
