Day 5 (Gratitude)
Alhamdulillah today my big win is consistency and willingness to do something for me. as i always felt hunger after eating my whole meal , because i was Not on track from last 3 to 4 months and eating too much until i feel full there was alot of reasons like on vocations parties etc., but i recognize that we feel much better if we not eat with our full belly. We should Make some space for digestions. Am I right? Need More suggestions for being consistent not for few days for longer period of time?

Warm water before breakfast 2 eggs omelette with one small ragi oats wheat roti After one hour had milk coffee with stevia 2 .5 liters of water whole day Today I skip gym and couldn’t go for walk 😒 Skip lunch because I was invited to my friend’s kid birthday party so I thought dinner hi krun gi In dinner Had kebab tikka ,chicken biryani 4,5 spoons with salad 🥗 Avoid coldrink,cake 😊 Even ras malaiii but don’t eat it 😊 Today I felt so proud on my self that I avoid eat cake ,ras malaiii 😊i avoid drink even I avoid naan 😊

Was not at home and had a busy day so couldn't show up. But ate mindfully and clean eating. No junk and sugar.

Lunch: 1/2 roti 1 1/2 shami kabab and maash daal with veggies Snack: 1 cup tea without sugar Dinner: 15 tbsp of biryani (bahar ki cause dawat thi) had lemon grass tea after 1 hour Night: 1 cup turmeric milk
