Warm water before breakfast 2 eggs omelette with one small ragi oats wheat roti After one hour had milk coffee with stevia 2 .5 liters of water whole day Today I skip gym and couldn’t go for walk 😒 Skip lunch because I was invited to my friend’s kid birthday party so I thought dinner hi krun gi In dinner Had kebab tikka ,chicken biryani 4,5 spoons with salad 🥗 Avoid coldrink,cake 😊 Even ras malaiii but don’t eat it 😊 Today I felt so proud on my self that I avoid eat cake ,ras malaiii 😊i avoid drink even I avoid naan 😊
