ANNOUNCEMENT 📣
Raising the Standard This space is evolving. This Daru Strong Club was never meant to be a content feed or motivational fluff. It exists for people who want to train to a higher standard physically, mentally, and spiritually. Going forward, this is no longer a low-barrier entry point. It is the starting line for deeper work. Because of that, new members will now join at $79/month only (no tiers) starting next week. If you’re already here, nothing changes. You’re locked in at your current rate. You earned that by being early and aligned with the mission. What to expect inside: - Clear doctrine, not noise - Training and discipline as a way of life - Early access to workshops and intensives - Priority consideration for the new Right of Passage program This isn’t about growing numbers. It’s about raising the standard. If you’re here, you belong here. If you’re new and feel called to the work, the door is open — intentionally.

Welcome to the Daru Strong Club. This is your training ground for total human optimization—mind, body, and spirit. The goal is simple: build discipline, stack small wins, and grow with a community that holds you to a higher standard. Inside, you’ll post daily, track progress, learn, and get direct coaching in live Q&As. Below is your clear, step-by-step playbook. Save it. Use it. Live it. Quick Orientation (what’s where) - Home / Community Feed: Daily posts, announcements, wins, and conversations. - Classroom / Courses: Programs, templates, and resources. - Calendar / Events: Live Q&A schedule and upcoming sessions. - Members: Connect, DM, and form accountability squads. - Search: Find posts, topics, or answers fast (use keywords like “ruck,” “nutrition,” “mindset”). - Notifications / DMs: Turn on notifications so you don’t miss live calls, replies, or tags. Tip: Pin important posts (rules, starter guides, templates) and follow the “Announcements” category. Daily Operating System (Mon–Sun) Do these in order. They take 10–15 minutes and set the tone for your day. 1) Affirmations (post in Affirmations) When: First thing in the morning—before life gets loud. Why: Prime your nervous system, align intention with action. How: Keep it short, specific, and identity-based. Today I will complete my training block and 20 minutes of mobility. I reject excuses.” 2) Public Journal (post in Public Journal) When: Morning or midday. Why: Transparency creates accountability; clarity beats motivation. How: Three prompts—keep it real. Template: - What I’m feeling / thinking: ______ - What I’m focused on today: ______ - Obstacle & plan: ______ → ______Example:“Feeling under-recovered. Focus: hydration + protein. Obstacle: late meetings → Plan: train at 6 pm, prep shake at 5:30.”
2025-12-28: Hardships and love of God
When I notice that something is wrong with our cat, I put him into a carrier - which he hates. Then I take him to an unfamiliar place, where strangers handle him on a cold metal table, stick a thermometer in his butt, shave his paw, and painfully draw blood from his vein. After that, I take him home, open his mouth, and force an unpleasant, bitter pill down his throat. The cat struggles; I restrain him, squeeze him, and make him swallow. And this repeats, morning and evening, for ten days. From the cat’s point of view, I am torturing him for ten days straight. Why would a loving cat owner treat their pet this way? Did the cat misbehave and anger its owner? Has the owner stopped loving the cat? Does the owner want to hurt the cat? From my point of view, I am saving the cat's life with antibiotics prescribed by the vet. Perhaps our life’s suffering looks exactly the same from God’s point of view. God may be saving us, but at our level of development - like foolish cats - we cannot understand it. We resent God for our difficult lives, yet perhaps these hardships are given to rescue us. Just as I force my cat to swallow bitter, unpleasant medicine in order to save his life.
2025-12-28 Weekly Review
Progress on Priorities from Past Week: ✅ Successfully mastered week 4 of the Hybrid S&C program ✅ Successfully finished reading "Mindset" 🌔 Did feet routine on some days 🌔 Did track calories on some days ❌ Failed to limit sweets ❌ Failed to study the NSCA guide. Three Things Going Well: ✔️ Did posts in the Daru Skool community ✔️ Did the morning & evening routines ✔️ Did adjust the Hybrid S&C program to my needs. Three Things to Improve: ➡️ Do the feet routine (15 minutes) every morning ➡️ Eat sweets on one day only (New Year's Eve) ➡️ Do mindfulness session daily. Priorities for the Next Week: 🎯 Complete week 5 of the adjusted Hybrid S&C program 🎯 Read 150 pages of "Tiny Habits" by BJ Fogg 🎯 Complete chapter 3 of the NSCA guide. Lessons Learned: 🙏 It is of utmost importance to have a solid, well-thought-out plan. Living without a plan is like building a house without a blueprint: all you get in the end is an ugly pile of meaningless bricks.
🎊 6 Week End of 2025 -> Next 4 Weeks Goal 🎊
I had set myself many goals to end these last 6 weeks of the year including: 🍾 run 16 miles - completed Christmas 🍾 increase Rucking mileage -done 🍾 Complete Muay Thai minimum 3 days a week - done 🍾 Program for myself - I did this but I honestly, didn’t program or put as much thought into myself as I would for others. This resulted in unnecessary strain on my body that I had full power and knowledge in preventing 🍾 Establish a career that I can stay at long term - I’ve found a system / balance that I can maintain for the time being while I grow 🥳 This next month starting the new year I will 🥳 🎉 complete a program for myself like I would write and coach a program for someone else. use this as an opportunity to grow not just for myself but for knowledge to share / coach others on. 🎉 Track my nutrition via paper through my nutrition template I created a year ago 🎉 Maintain/increase flow of income 🎉 Watch 1 educational video/ lecture a day 🎊this last 6 months I have gained 1.8 lb of muscle and lost 1% body fat. When my body hits 16% body fat nutrition is imperative or I will see changes in my energy and hrv such as I this week
