Let's Go Teammmm What A Great Day. This Past Weekend Which Was A Snowy Icey Weekend. God Showed Me Why I Continue To Do What I Do It Was The Old Saying Of Fall Get Right Back Up. As I Started To Shovel And Got To The Bottom Step I Took Flight. As I Was In the Air My Main Concern Was Not Hitting My Head In The Steps. Every Instinct Took Place And I Managed To Just land On My Lower Back Through All The Years Of Martial Arts Learning How To Fall Kicked In. The Railing Also Helped. The Fall Was Completed. As I Laid There I Immediately Started To Laugh And Said Thank You God That It Was Me And Not My Wife Or Daughters. And Although It was Painful I Immediately Was Grateful. I made Some Snow Angels Got Back Up, And Finished My Shoveling Mission And Went About My Day. Moral Of The Story Is To Me God Showed And Told Me To Continue In My Path Of Training And Helping People. Get Stronger Have To Honestly Say Not To Many 57 year Olds can Get Back Up Like Nothing Happened From A Fall Like That. SOMEONE WAS WATCHING OVER ME STAY SAFE, STAY BLESSED TEAM 🙏🏻 🙏🏻

I am grateful I got to see my Mum again after a while

Today, I choose to see people through God’s eyes, not through the lens of profit or pleasure. I reject using others for gain, validation, or convenience. I honor the dignity, worth, and purpose God has placed in every person. When I value people the way God values them, my actions change, my heart stays aligned, and my life reflects truth. I lead with integrity, compassion, and love—because when people are truly valued, everyone wins.

This morning I remind myself of my tenacity and my refusal to quit, developed from years of sport and training. Now we extrapolate it to life in general

Recently I booked a couple to get ready for their wedding coming up in the fall. Super pumped to work with them and help them get in shape. My niche and the clientele I want to attract is bettering their day to day lifestyle. Fix that, do the things you like, fix your sleep, fix your nutrition without being miserable and the weight loss you want or the lifestyle you want will come. The groom is easy to influence with a a drink in his hand, he feels like he has to have it once someone asks. I said to him next time before someone asks him for a drink, ask yourself ''what does that person have that you wish you had?'' The DS club community has helped me connect with people that I look up to and striving into becoming a better coach and mentor in my life. I show up everyday, I give my all everyday, leaving the biggest footprint I can in life. Failure does not exist in here! Thank you!
