I haven't trained since Thanksgiving sometimes God Sidelines you between clients renovations lack of sleep I missed. Few days I felt like it was God Sidelining Me where ordinary my non negotiable mindset would have pushed me through it but this time I listened! I got after tho today 1A- 4 different band pull aparts 4-10 1B- ring rows 4-10 2A- Lat Pulldown 4-10 2B- Single arm hi pulls 4-8 3A- Chest supported rows 3-8 3B- KB Shrugs 3-12 4A face pulls 5-10 4B- bewhidr the back hi shrugs 3-10 Stretch SRAY BLESSED TEAM 🙏🏻 💪🏻

2025-12-03: Dissatisfaction pushes us forward
We always carry a picture in our minds of how reality should be. And when reality doesn’t match that picture, we suffer. This is normal, and even useful. That suffering or dissatisfaction pushes us forward and forces us to act. Exactly because of this dissatisfaction, whether it comes from within or from the external world, we progress. But it’s important to keep a balance. We should be dissatisfied, yet at the same time loving, humble, and accepting. It’s best when we try to change ourselves or the world out of love. The mindset should be: “I’m OK, the world is OK. There is just one small aspect I want to improve.” It sounds simple and easy in theory, but in practice it’s much harder. And yet, this is what I strive for.
