What am I really seeing
This year wasn't great. ● I spent money to launch a nutritional challenge and no one showed up. ● The gym I was an independent contractor with closed. ● I had to do security work on the side for stable income. I've been in survival mode for so long I'm not panicking but I'm no where near hitting my business goals for the quarter. This past Saturday, I was running a semi-private group session with the twins I train, and the girls spent their money to get me this. I'm a giver, so when I coach you are not getting a hour, I want to provide an experience. I over deliver to a fault, but the way I look at it, I dont have much, but I want to give my best. I thank them both and their mother for the thought and told them this really meant a lot to me. Coaches, do you think about the impact you have on those around you? Scratch that first sentence. I'm ready to continue this momentum into 2026🔥 Let us all look forward to great things next year.

@Megan Barb thank you. Looking for the positive in a given situation allows me to see opportunities that are present. Things will get better.
Failing
Right now I am failing. Failing myself in ten years. Failing to live up to my vision of myself. Failing to perform on a simple level. Failing to be intentional. Failing to do the work. I have not trained in any way in the last few days. I have made to many unhealthy choices. I must change that. I know what needs to be done. I have allowed myself to slip. I will not make excuses. I will not sugar coat this. I have already made up my mind to change. I will not turn back. I will not allow myself to continue slipping. Tomorrow is a new day. I will begin training again tomorrow. if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. I have been planning to fail as I have had no direction with my training and have fallen off a a result. I will select a program tomorrow and begin to execute again. I have a long way to go. It’s time to get back on course. I am challenged by everyone here. Keep it up. You have helped me clearly identify my failure. You have given me hope beyond the weakness I am battling right now. If someone else can do it, so can I. Thank you all. Make today count.

Though not knowing your circumstances, I can relate to the thought. What I read is someone who has a standard that is established and chooses to maintain it. Props to you. Realizing you're not on the right track is the start to getting back on point.
