Got back into training again, the body feels good. Not going to lie, woke up really stroppy today. But I realised it's an opportunity to embody my message. Action solves everything. So here's what happened 1. Write down one thing I'm grateful for - change focus + change language + change physiology = raise state 2. Drink Water - Hydrate and get mental clarity 3. Shower - Freshen up, cleanse 4. Take client check in call - to bring the best out of clients, I bring my best self. It's my absolute duty and would be inauthentic to show up not as my best self while demanding the best for my clients. 5. Hit the gym - simple session to get the body moving. It doesn't move the needle in my long term goals but it gets me moving. Which makes the body and mind feel good. Quick pump.
