AM Affirmation 20/1
This morning I remind myself of the importance of neutrality when it comes to external validation. The reason why not getting external validation makes me feel bad or worth less is because getting it would make me feel worth more or better. Being neutral to the getting it is what's going to make it easier to deal with not getting it. Powerful reminder

Daily Gratitude 20/1
I'm grateful for the feedback from Phil regarding programming for busy clients with chaotic schedules. Really valuable insight
Programming for People with Hectic Schedules
Hey @Phil Daru , I am curious to get your insight as to how you program for busy guys with hectic schedules that change on a weekly basis (which is fitting considering you work with combat athletes) I always tend to start with the MED for them. I have two guys who are incredibly busy business owners so we have a 2+1 system where they have 2 Full Body S&C days and the +1 acts as a floating session based on their schedule. However, there are weeks where things pop up and sometimes they don’t get anything or just do 1. What would you do to work around these? I call audibles a lot due to believing in auto regulation. Would love to pick your brain on this!

@Phil Daru thanks Phil. This was really insightful. Love the letter and color code systems you have
Children borrow consistency from adults
Progress doesn’t announce itself. It builds quietly through repetition. One rep teaches, many reps shape instinct, and time turns effort into identity. This is the power of compounding. Small efforts done daily stack into something unshakeable. This is where parents matter most. Children borrow consistency from adults, learning that patience and routine create mastery. Today, after our routine clean up at the gym, we drill before the new week begins. The work continues. No rush. Just reps, consistency, and trust in the compounding process.

Monkey see, monkey do. Great example brother. Absolutely phenomenal privilege for us to be able set the standard

@Tevita Tu'ipulotu but tbf, when I was coaching and kids saw me drop the ball, I would then pivot to “do as I say, not as I do” 😂😂😂
Appreciation for the DS club and my client as well.
Recently I booked a couple to get ready for their wedding coming up in the fall. Super pumped to work with them and help them get in shape. My niche and the clientele I want to attract is bettering their day to day lifestyle. Fix that, do the things you like, fix your sleep, fix your nutrition without being miserable and the weight loss you want or the lifestyle you want will come. The groom is easy to influence with a a drink in his hand, he feels like he has to have it once someone asks. I said to him next time before someone asks him for a drink, ask yourself ''what does that person have that you wish you had?'' The DS club community has helped me connect with people that I look up to and striving into becoming a better coach and mentor in my life. I show up everyday, I give my all everyday, leaving the biggest footprint I can in life. Failure does not exist in here! Thank you!
