I want to take a moment to talk about @Rayven Maalona ✨ Before joining the BBB 1on1 coaching program, she wanted to: - To be healthy and fit to where I can be active without feeling pain - Walk long distances or uphill without being tired - To not worry about being at risk of any health problems that run in her family - And to be fit enough to help my family if it ever came to them needing assistance. She struggled with knowing the very BASICS. And that's what most people actually need. Just to be pointed in the right direction. And to have real, human support sprinkled into it. The result? Introducing myself!
I got pulled into this community so quickly, I didn’t even properly say hey! Typical me to make the second step before the first! 😅 Well I‘m Ramona, soon 23, from Jestetten in south Germany, bachelor student in marketing. I fell in love with sport (gymnastics) when I was around 6 but my lazy ass stopped. I really want to get my muscles and stamina back to have a healthier body again! That’s my main goal but also to meet amazing people along the way! Lovely to be part of this great community 🫶🏻
Where Has Spring Gone!?
San Francisco really skipped spring and went Straight into Summer 😅 we’ve been rocking high 80s–90s all week (and next week looks the same). Beautiful, yes but wow, it’s so hot I’ve mostly been pacing around my house instead of hitting my 10k step goal. I’m at 7k+ steps daily, so not terrible, but I could do better. I’m a sun girl at heart, but right now i refuse to take the sun without the ocean … which requires driving by the way 😩 So instead, I’m telling myself: “Girl, just get outside and enjoy the weather!” Normally, I’d laugh at this heat, it’s really not that bad … but maybe I’m just being dramatic. 😅 How’s everyone else handling their steps in this heat or winter, or spring, or whatever season you’re in? International team perks: we get ALL the seasons at once! 🌎
