Hi Everyone, While I’ve been out with a cold all week, I took the time to watch the material from the 5 Day Sprint. I took notes, bought a scale, downloaded my fitness pal, took measurements, and formulated a plan. My Goals: ✨lose 24lbs ✨decrease body fat to 20% ✨decrease waist measurement ⚓️ goal: 120g protein/day Timeline: 21 weeks Baseline: I lift 3-4x/week and try to engage in movement based hobbies, like climbing. I’m feeling most overwhelmed by tracking calories and building the habits around meal prepping/planning and taking all the measurements. I’m hoping the support from a personal health coach and this community will help provide motivation when I need it. I’m looking forward to this journey and lifestyle change. 💪🏼 I am worthy and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes
