🚗 Road Trip Snack Game = LOCKED IN 🔒💪
I’ve got a work conference the first week of May and I’ll be driving—so you already know… I came PREPARED 😏 Packed my go-to protein snacks: - Catalina Crunch (Creamy Ranch = my FAVORITE 😍) - Edamame (sea salt + sriracha for that spicy kick 🔥) - Mango + raspberry fruit jerky - Mango fruit jerky Because when I’m on the road, I’m not relying on gas station snacks or “whatever is convenient.” This is how I stay on track without feeling restricted. 👉 Protein + fiber = keeps me full, focused, and less tempted to grab random foods. Honestly… driving gives me MORE control over my choices—and I’m using that to my advantage 💯 Question for you:What are your go-to snacks when you’re on a road trip or traveling? 👇 Let’s build a solid list for the community! 🚀

🔥 Step Game Upgrade… who’s leveling up with me? 🔥
I just bought a weighted vest to add a little extra 🔥 to my daily steps… because apparently regular walking wasn’t spicy enough 😅 Curious what everyone else is doing to level up their steps: - Are you adding incline? - Breaking it into walks throughout the day? - Throwing in intervals or rucking? - Making it social/fun somehow? Drop your ideas 👇 I’m always looking for new ways to keep it interesting and effective! Let’s build that step game together 💪

@F L funny you mentioned that, I’ve carried my little one home so many times due to his lack of morals lmao… he’s forever trying to fight the whole world, im almost embarrassed to take him out on walks 😅🤣

@Jennifer Crafton Lol I totally feel you on this 🤣🤣🤣 My little guy has this habit of stopping, dropping, and rolling, or playing dead… right in the middle of the crosswalk every time. I usually have to drag him across too haha. Lmao off at gif… that’s exactly how it looks dragging him across 🤣🤣🤣
10K Steps Accountability ✔️ Back to Routine
Getting back into my routine and easing in the smart way 👀 Right now I’m focusing more on hitting my 10K daily steps and pulling back a bit on intensity. I’ve cut down to ONE HIIT class on Saturdays and really listening to what my body is telling me. And honestly… my body said: slow down. So I’m doing exactly that. Shifting my energy to prioritize strength days where it matters most, instead of going all out every single workout. I’m also being more intentional with my steps:✔️ 20-minute walk before I start working — because once work starts, I can easily get caught up and skip it✔️ After dinner walk = non-negotiable — whether my partner joins me or not It’s a bonus if he walks with me… but if not, I’m still getting it done 💁‍♀️ Sometimes progress isn’t about doing more… it’s about doing what your body actually needs 💯 Question for you all: When your body tells you to slow down… what’s YOUR strategy?Do you pull back, switch focus, or push through? 👇

It depends for me. Some days I push through and feel better, while other days I don’t. Sometimes it’s just laziness, but when I truly feel unwell, I make sure to take a step back. I think it comes down to recognizing whether you’re just feeling lazy or actually not feeling well!?
🥯 Low Carb High Protein Bagel Hack 🔥 (Royo Everything > Cinnamon Raisin 👀)
Another simple go-to I’ve been loving lately… 👉 Royo Everything Bagel = hands down my favorite flavor(Sorry cinnamon raisin… this one wins 😅) Keeping it low carb + high protein, here’s how I build it: My combo: - Royo Everything Bagel - Roasted turkey breast - Organic American cheese - 1 egg - Light butter 💡 Quick, easy, and hits: - Protein: ~30g+ - Net carbs: low - Keeps me full and satisfied 👉 Perfect for busy mornings when you still want something that feels like a “real” meal Why I like this swap: - Still get that bagel experience 🥯 - Way more macro-friendly - Helps me stay consistent without feeling restricted ❓Question for you:Are you team savory bagel or sweet bagel?
