Saturday update
The start to my day was rough. Up at 4:30 for some reason but tried to get back to sleep until about 5:15 then I woke up for real. Got my protein and coffee. Got my carrots and raspberries plus an apple for the ride. The ride was good made it in good time but I was tired. 🥱 10 am my sister offered me breakfast. She was making egg and veggies for breakfast burritos. I took mine with I wrap. I didn’t take any bacon or sausage. Then we didn’t have anything else to eat really until we got to the bar. They ordered a fry and I ate some. 5pm we got to the restaurant and by then I was starving and that was not acceptable. I let myself go to bad. Here is the place I picked and I finished it clean nothing left behind. I will make better choices tomorrow and the rest of the weeks to come. I had a good time with my sister and that matters also.
Saturday update
Sick season part ?
This time of the year it's heavy sick season in Germany. The flu is everywhere and also some other stuff. My daughter was sick, my colleagues and neighbours. The past week's I was at the gym, worked out at home and got results I'm happy about and felt really good. But now I got a nasty cold. 🤧Everyone who got it had it for up to 3 weeks. It feels like a setback if this really goes on for 3 weeks. No workout class at the gym only walks with my dog. 😕 I try not to lose my motivation and hope to be well in a few days. Will try to take longer walks with my dog and do some light yoga and stretching.
