This time of the year it's heavy sick season in Germany. The flu is everywhere and also some other stuff. My daughter was sick, my colleagues and neighbours.
The past week's I was at the gym, worked out at home and got results I'm happy about and felt really good. But now I got a nasty cold. 🤧Everyone who got it had it for up to 3 weeks. It feels like a setback if this really goes on for 3 weeks. No workout class at the gym only walks with my dog. 😕
I try not to lose my motivation and hope to be well in a few days. Will try to take longer walks with my dog and do some light yoga and stretching.
