I have to get up at 430am to work out, mostly because I will talk myself out of it if I do it later and also because I work long days a few days a week and Iāll be too tired to do it in the evenings. But I didnāt sleep well last night and turned my 430am alarm off. So, I am putting this here so I will work out when I get home this evening because today is not a long day at work. Iāll probably have more energy and run faster and lift heavier because itās not 430am in the morning. So, letās see if thatās true.
