Calling all Kdrama Lovers 💜
I told myself when I watch a kdrama I need to be stretching, foam rolling, walking, or even lifting free weights! Tell me friends…. What are your fave 5 kdramas of all time below ⬇️ Do you like to do the same and get your kdrama fix in while walking on the treadmill/walking pad?

@Corina Yeo another favorite of mine is Prisoner of Beauty and I love Liu Yuning’s singing! He does the drama’s theme song.

@Faith Helg I kinda wish the same thing! 🤣. Yet, I do enjoy it. 😊
Done with recovery!
From recovery mode to beast mode. I have been recovering the past few weeks and actually a couple of months. Feeling great and this morning attacked my leg workout. Felt great and was able to push forward and out of recovery mode. The workout endorphins have been great today and body feeling good. I can feel that I worked out, but not over sore. This is exactly what I need to get back to managing my day to day stresses. I love my workout time!

Beast mode!!! Oh yeah!!👍
Other types of motivation...
Today we were hit with unwanted motivation to workout in the form of a 27 degree F March 18th in Maryland and a furnace that decided it was done with this nonsense. It was either freeze our assets off on the first floor or come upstairs to where our little home gym is located in the addition (with its own heat). I have never seen my sister run so fast🤣 Either way, whether it's positive motivation or negative...we got the job done! And afterwards, I had a moment when I was flexing my muscles in the mirror (because apparently that's a thing I do now🤷🏼‍♀️) and I thought holy crap how is that my body?!?!? Also, damn my mirror is dirty. Guy this sucks sometimes but geeeeez is it worth it. Keep going!!!

My Anchor Isn’t Fitness — It’s Me!
I’ve finally found my anchor… and it turns out it was never about fitness alone 💭 For the longest time, I thought my “why” had to be tied to training, goals, or physical progress. But actually, the one thing that keeps me going — even when that inner voice gets loud — is the promise I made to myself for 2026. I promised myself that this year would be about me. My growth. My confidence. My courage to step into new spaces and meet new people (like all of you incredible humans here 🤍). And something has shifted… I’m saying yes more. I’m taking opportunities instead of overthinking them. I’m showing up — even when my anxiety is through the roof. Don’t get me wrong… I still do a full-on risk assessment in my head for EVERYTHING 😂🙈 But now? I do it… and then I go for it anyway. Every time that voice creeps in — “You’re too tired” “You’ve got too much to do” “Skip the walk, skip the session…” I come back to one thing: ✨ I made a promise to myself — and I’m not breaking it. ✨ And honestly… I’m surprising myself. Growth doesn’t always look like big, loud wins. Sometimes it’s quiet bravery. Sometimes it’s just choosing not to back out. So if you’re hesitating today — this is your reminder: Make the promise. Keep the promise. Become the person you said you’d be. And thank you coach @Carlos Hellstern — for helping me see things differently 🙌

🔥 Mindset Shift: Don’t Punish, Just Reset
My step son came over today and the kids wanted Wingstop 🍗 Then… my partner was still hungry and wanted pizza 🍕 I went with them, but I didn’t eat—I was already full 😆 After eating, my step son said: “I ate so bad today… I’m gonna hit the gym and do extra cardio.” I paused and asked, “Can I share something my coach taught me?” ✅ Coach @Darren Liu just posted this and shared my knowledge. He said yes 🙌 I told him: 👉 Don’t punish yourself with extra cardio or starving tomorrow 👉 That just leads to burnout and feeling miserable Instead: ✨ Enjoy what you ate today ✨ Tomorrow → go back to your normal routine ✨ Hit your protein goals ✨ Train like you normally do BUT here’s the game changer 👇 🚶‍♀️ Daily steps (minimum 7K, no rest days) That’s what actually drives consistent fat loss without exhaustion. His eyes lit up 💡 And my partner backed it up—he’s been seeing progress just from increasing his daily steps. 💬 Moral of the story: Consistency > punishment Sustainable habits > extreme reactions

@Lena Nguyen you are a great example because you practice what you preach and actions speak louder than words. 🤗👍
