.. I had to get rid of some adrenaline!! I was at the public swimmingpool again. One lenght is 25 m. And every second time I reached the start position, I did 8 pullups in the water. I did that 12 times! How many meters did I swim? I started and finished where it was most shallow..(is the english correct??)

Been on a spree of YouTube videos from 2 particular channels (Doctor Alex, and Leonid Kim MD). From what I see, they are doctors who are not sponsored by any entities, or selling any products on the side. Seems like they genuinely want to post information to the public for our education. So here's 1 of the video to share, with Doctor Alex sharing how to lose visceral fat for longevity (I recall someone once asked how to lose visceral fat in this community): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZIAey6SW8k I noticed a lot of similarities to our BBB strategies; - Resistance training - Protect muscle while losing fat - Proper sleep, as sleep directly controls fat storage, and sleep deprivation increases central fat storage - Chronic stress as a driver for cortison-driven belly fat - NEAT and daily steps matter more than most gym sessions Etc...
