Trying a sample today from PDM! This was sent to me from a salesperson with whom I’ve developed a nice relationship with. It’s starting out a bit Smokey with a bit of spice. Not a really Cold weather scent in my opinion. Neither would I consider it a summer scent either. I’m leaning more towards a spring/fall temperature However, I’m just wearing it for the first time now and my thought could change. I’d love to hear from the group.

Wearing this sample today… The first spray feels like pure Mediterranean sunlight - a vibrant burst of lemon and orange that’s bright, juicy and instantly uplifting. There’s a subtle touch of ginger and pepper underneath, giving the citrus a sparkling kick so it feels energetic rather than flat. It’s fresh, sharp and attention-grabbing without being harsh. As it settles, sea notes take centre stage, creating that salty ocean-breeze effect that makes the fragrance feel airy and coastal. The floral flower note adds a creamy smoothness that softens the citrus, while vetiver brings a dry, slightly earthy backbone that keeps everything balanced and masculine. It’s fresh but structured, never overly sweet or tropical. In the dry down, sea salt, white musk and amber blend into a clean, warm skin scent with a mineral edge. The salt enhances the coastal vibe, the musk keeps it smooth, and the amber gives it a soft golden warmth. Performance on me is strong — easily 8+ hours with noticeable projection early on. It leaves a fresh, salty-citrus trail that feels polished and effortlessly summery. Perfect for warm weather, holidays, or anytime I want to smell bright, refined and confident. Overall rating: 8.4/10 It’s on my hit list for the summer, so I quite possibly would purchase a full bottle BUT I am tempted to sample the Intense French Riviera first and see how that fairs, I have read there’s an overlap so I’m interested to try first.

My wife and I a couple of months ago were at a department store in NYC to explore some fragrances. (Shocker) 😜 We met a wonderful salesperson who was very gracious with her time and took us around not just Creed but many other houses. We had mentioned we were interested in Creed but were new to the house. We had bought some other fragrances from her. It was after the holidays so inventory was low. We had such a great time with her. It was a wonderful experience. Today with no warning this care package arrived to our house. 1 box for me another for my wife. They sent us a beautiful hand written note and all of these wonderful samples. Including the NEW Wild Vetiver! This is what the world needs more of. People to people relationships 🙏 I know Creed especially since Prada bought them has a polarizing opinion for some. But this isn’t about the fragrance house it’s about having a relationship with someone who wants to have one with you!
