Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.
Day 2 COMPLETE!
The mask I've been wearing most: perfectionist How exhausting it's been: my house is a mess consistently despite decluttering multiple times. Kids don’t listen to me or respect my words. Financial debt. Lack of business growth. What I loved as a kid producing anything. Playing and being better than I was yesterday at something, anything. Loving the journey of the challenge, not the school. Friction Audit complete, this are the exact steps i have to take: decide how much money to spend and break down what to spend money on and what to get free with rewards. I made needs and want lists.
Energy Drain
I don't think I have ever had my energy drained so fast as last night. Trying to teach someone how to play cribbage and all the other players are chiming in. All that noise just drained me. I just walked away. Still feeling drained today and it is difficult to focus on work. But some days just showing up is good enough.
