Hi, my name is Iris age 58, I’m from Knokke at the Belgium coast, and I am starting my business as an intimacy and relationship coach in Brugge. I have experience with non linear movement, hynotherapy, NLP, embodyment and lot more. You can ask me questions about: - relationships - intimacy - boundaries - consent I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: - I want to learn more about how to deal with ADHD, I just found out that it is about me together with CPTSS, it is all quite new for me. For fun, I like to: - dance salsa and a lot more styles - I love to go to the wellness/sauna/massages - read books about relationships, intimacy, ADHD, trauma, - love to take a walk in nature and the sea - love to go out for dining and a theater - i love my twoo cats Georges, Ragdoll and Giselle, British shorthair
In a nutshell section 1 of my snapshot
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and it called out something I've been doing my whole life: using hyperactivity to hide every emotion because I was taught my feelings were wrong. It also showed me the letter I'd write to my 14-year-old self is the exact letter I need to write to myself right now.
