What's your biggest struggle right now?

Two thoughts keeps coming to me after the ADHD Snapshot
The ADHD Snapshot alluded to something I've summarized in my own words and keep coming back to. I thought it might be useful to others as well. "It is okay to be different and work different...it's okay to be slower (or faster) than everyone else. It's okay to take time to learn... If there's something you really want to do but are struggling to do it the "traditional way," do it in a way that works for you; you don't have to force yourself to conform to the way it works for everyone else." Second thought: "We all have and use coping mechanisms to help us conform and operate. They are important and essential in many circumstances, BUT when these protections become more costly than the risk they are protecting us from. This is the point we need some bravery; this is the point we need to embrace some failure, be willing to learn, be willing to look foolish, and find a better way so we don't live with regret but we live bigger lives connecting to our true power."
