My bedtime, thats my quiet time, after a movie, after everyone else has gone to bed. Though its 11:20am here now, and trying to write this now is challenging, as my people are updating me on various topics through texts, one after another, dogs reacting to sounds, visits, etc,,, but I want to get this done. Dish-washing seems to be my 'Thinking' time, my mind opens up, flows freely I'm not much of a talker, never was, more of a listener. Perhaps early childhood ,,, definitely early childhood programming,,, it wont change in 3 months, let alone one week,,, but when I do chime in, its genuine, it's thoughtful, it's me,,, I've been told that what I do say isn't expected,,, its deeper perhaps,,,, Quality over quantity apparently So, back to the breathwork,,, initiated and completed at bedtime, my quiet time. So, for me, this first experience,,, it was a great wind-down to promote sleep, a very restful sleep (except for my bladder waking up a couple of times 😏),,, a Very restful sleep. I completed day 2 of the ADHD Focus Reset Breathwork My mood today: 8 My focus score today: 6 Reflection/Win on Breathwork: Very centering and restful
