I have been in the program since March; I did the five day workshop and then the 6 week program. If you are patient, watch the classes, do the worksheets, and don’t let the technical issues get you down, you WILL find help through this program. You will get insights into who you are and how your brain works that will blow your mind. I’ve spent decades (I’m 66) looking for answers Jim’s program has helped me discover. I’ve worked with life coaches, counselors, therapists, neurologists, brain injury specialist, etc. NONE of them were able to help me in the ways this program has. I am different in several positive ways because I’m making the necessary changes and following these protocols.

Over 300 of you were actively chatting in the webinar, which is honestly amazing (and probably part of why Skool's live broke 😅). What's changing: From Day 2 onwards, all live calls will run on Zoom instead of Skool. What's NOT changing: Everything else stays right here. Day 2 Done! The mask I've been wearing most: People Pleaser with Perfectionist and a sprinkle of invisible rebel How exhausting it's been: I am permanently exhausted and have been feeling this way for years. I'm tired of being tired and of living to please other people. I feel like it's time to rip off these masks - they're way too constricting. What I loved as a kid (before the masks): I loved to sing, dance, write creative pieces, read (disappear into other worlds), listen to music, just to be free. Friction Audit complete, this are the exact steps i have to take (have taken but will go through the steps): - Make a list of issues to discuss with landlord - Write an email to the landlord asking her for a meeting - Agree on a time and date - Put this in my calendar - Prepare myself for the meeting

The givers time to review & receive...
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something I hadn't named before: I frame almost every personal shift as something that has to also serve my community. Even my "why I'm here" answer did it automatically. Putting myself first might actually be the work. May 1st feels like the right doorway.
