If You Are New Here…
I have been in the program since March; I did the five day workshop and then the 6 week program. If you are patient, watch the classes, do the worksheets, and don’t let the technical issues get you down, you WILL find help through this program. You will get insights into who you are and how your brain works that will blow your mind. I’ve spent decades (I’m 66) looking for answers Jim’s program has helped me discover. I’ve worked with life coaches, counselors, therapists, neurologists, brain injury specialist, etc. NONE of them were able to help me in the ways this program has. I am different in several positive ways because I’m making the necessary changes and following these protocols.

⚠️ Important: Day 2 and every day after will be on Zoom
Hey everyone, first of all, thank you for the energy yesterday. Despite the technical hiccups, we made the most of it, and I'm genuinely grateful for every single one of you who showed up. Over 300 of you were actively chatting in the webinar, which is honestly amazing (and probably part of why Skool's live broke 😅). What's changing: From Day 2 onwards, all live calls will run on Zoom instead of Skool. What's NOT changing: Everything else stays right here. The community, the classroom, the recordings all of it lives in Skool exactly like before. Only the live event itself is moving. 👉 Zoom link (same for every day): https://us06web.zoom.us/j/85644318631 Save this one. It works for the entire challenge. ⚠️ One thing to check: I've already updated the calendar here in Skool, but if you added the event to your personal calendar earlier, it'll still point to the old Skool link. Please replace it with the Zoom link above so you don't end up in the wrong place. See you on Zoom for Day 2, it's a powerful one. 💛
Hi Friends, I'm Nancy
Hi, my name is Nancy from Louisville, Kentucky, USA (where it's Derby🏇Time!). I am 20 years divorced. I'm also newly retired, thanks to having been termed from my last job by a manager who kept placing new hoops to jump through in my path, just to trip me up. (I don't trip easily, mind you. But my meticulous documentation of her behavior made her scared of me.) Yes, it was a toxic workplace in general. But before I realized I was being targeted, my RSD didn't help the months I spent documenting, defending, overexplaining, and feeling psychologically unsafe! 🤔) My career & life experiences are all over the map - not by choice, but mostly because of hurdles and roadblocks caused by my elevated JUSTICE barometer, and defense of defenseless underdogs! (READ: my concerns and whistle-blows were dismissed, and I didn't understand why "harming others" seemed to be the daily routine!) Thanks, ADHD. Just officially diagnosed last November. I'm 67. I check all the boxes. Bittersweet, to learn and look back at what "might have been", and to feel fully ENGAGED now, finally approaching an end to my self-sabotage. I always knew I was different, as we all do in here. In my family, I was "difficult, shamed, disruptive, smarter than everyone else (but not in a way they could comprehend, so there was no one to talk to...etc. etc. etc.) Thanks for being my new "tribe". I look forward to sharing. You can ask me questions about: - narcissism survival - domestic violence survival - PTSD I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: - Community - Sharing - Knowledge from your experiences For fun, I like to: - Be with my grandkids (I'm the super-NaeNae!) and my 3 sons, of course - Listen to and play all types of music - Bring people together for mutually beneficial connections - Cook, bake, plan events, and entertain - Custom crafting of all kinds: creating salvage art, painting rocks that look like characters, large wall/pool murals, sidewalk chalk art, theatrical makeup and props, and the list goes on....

The Visualization 🌟 I am organized
Meeting My Future Self on Day 3 : Today during the visualization, something clicked. 💡 I closed my eyes, and there she was. Future me. Calm. Clear-headed. Organized. Not "trying to be organized." Not "working on being organized." Just... organized. Like it was already true. And here's what I felt in my body when I saw her: relief. 🌬️ For so long my brain has been a tab-explosion. 🌪️ A thousand half-finished things, a hundred good ideas, a head full of "wait, what was I doing?" If you're like me and you spend your days helping other people find clarity, you know how strange it is when YOUR own inner space feels like a cluttered desk. But the woman I saw in that visualization? She moves through her day like she has a map. 🗺️ She's not reactive. She's not scattered. She's organized. And she likes it. So this is my new mantra. The one I'm taking with me into the rest of this challenge: 👇 "I am organized." ✨ Not as a wish. Not as a goal. As a statement of who I already am, choosing to act like her until the world (and my brain) catches up. 🧠 Drop your own mantra below 👇 What did your future self whisper to you today? 💛
