Hobbies and interests
It would be interesting to learn what hobbies and interests you have? I am a keen genealogist and have been researching my family tree for the last 30 years. I have a passion to recycle and reuse things like old tires and make them into something useful, although the tires are still in the production stage. I take old plastic bottles and make them into flowers. I have made portraits using Hama beads (I don’t know what they are called in the rest of the world) but it can take over 25,000 beads to make one portrait. I have just got into making miniatures. My husband has ME and he is in a support group, where the members create art and once a year they display their work for 2 weeks. We make things as a family and some of our creations have been displayed in St. Albans Cathedral which has just finished. Unfortunately I haven’t sold anything but would love to get a commission to make a Hama bead portrait and work out how to frame them and ship them. I have many other crafts that I want to try but haven’t got around to yet, but there is time! Here are a few portraits I have made, do you recognise any of these people?

Adhd brain
I’m just starting out, and my adhd has me struggling with content creation. I have everything else in place to have a successful business, but because I have a huge problem staying focused and my thoughts being all over the place I feel like it’s delaying my progress. I’ve got files and scattered between 2 phones and a laptop for my business, and I know there’s got to be a better way. Please help.
Hearing something or seeing something makes a difference
Hi everyone, sometimes when I see an explanation..... in a picture kind of way.... it clicks so much deeper then when I hear it or read about it... Does anyone else have this? In the Q&A Jim showed us a grafic of how our dopamine spikes, after looking at your phone in the morning.... and that after a short while you're dopamine would drop again.... below your baseline.... I really believe that I've heard this many times.... But seeing 👀 it and really looking at it.... Just made it click on a deeper level.
Hearing something or seeing something makes a difference
Tried laying down after moderate exercise again!
And it happened again! I briefly fell asleep on couch and did feel like it was refreshing! I'm not saying I feel alllll better or completely refreshed, but to know that this makes a FELT difference for me is truly exciting for me and gives me a lot of hope!
