Building routines for protection
Section 2 of the Operating Manual just explained my evenings to me. The chips, the endless scroll until 23:30, the sense that night is the only time that's mine - none of it was weakness. It was my nervous system grabbing the fastest lever it had. And the calmest three hours I've had lately turned out to be the exact recipe I've been ignoring.
